The story
We first met Sarah in 2020. She wasn’t chasing quick wins; she wanted serious capital growth.
We mapped out a strategy and secured two duplex developments in New South Wales. Over the next few years, those projects did exactly what they were meant to do, generating around $1 million in growth.
Instead of cashing out, Sarah doubled down. She secured another investment property in Brisbane, then later purchased a Brisbane home as her owner-occupier, using the equity she’d built to strengthen her overall position.
We’ve worked closely with her the whole way through. Each move has been deliberate, and each one has built on the last.
