Paul and Sarah first reached out to us online in 2018. At the time, they were renting in Coogee, working hard with double incomes, no kids, and solid savings. They wanted to leverage all their hard work and start building long-term wealth, but weren’t sure how to take the first step.

We guided them towards a capital growth strategy and secured their first investment in the Hunter Valley, NSW. From there, their portfolio snowballed.

So far, we’ve helped them grow their portfolio to five properties and achieve more than $1 million in capital gains. Meanwhile, they’ve welcomed two daughters into the family. We bet they’ll thank their parents for all of this one day!
