Andy, originally from Germany, reached out via our website and scheduled a 15-minute chat with our Acquisitions Team in early September 2023 to discuss his situation. Andy settled on the block on 30th October 2023, and construction commenced shortly thereafter, concluding on 8th May 2024. Recent valuations of properties in the same street have come in at $950,000, reflecting significant growth!
Impressed with the returns from his first investment, Andy decided in March 2024 that he was ready to pursue another property. Our Research Team identified another promising opportunity in the South-East Queensland (SEQ) region for $690,900, with comparable sales at $750,000, providing Andy with instant equity of $60,000 before even settling on the land!
