Karen spearheads InvestHer by Propell, empowering women to build real wealth through strategic, research-led, no-fluff property advice they can actually act on. She’s also in charge of the Propell Partnership Program, drawing on her experience managing national and global B2B relationships to drive meaningful growth for everyone involved. When working with clients, Karen dives a little deeper to explain the “why” behind every move, making sure they feel calm, confident, and in control from their very first conversation right through to delivery. Despite her hectic schedule, she still makes time for pilates, coffee, and family.
